Church Picnic 22 June 13.00

Hi there everyone,

Join us this Saturday afternoon from 13.00 onwards for a picnic at the Unisee!

Bring some food to share, soft drinks, paper plates and cups, blankets to sit on, games to play – and whatever else you think makes for a good picnic!

It’s a great opportunity to get to know each other better and also to invite friends, colleagues, family members who might not otherwise come to church.

For details of where to meet and how to get there, take a look at the map below.

By tram: take tram 6 and get off at Universität-Süd (formerly Universität/NW1). From there, continue straight along the main road until you reach the Unisee.

By bus: take bus 630 or 670 from the central station to Tarmstedt or Worpswede and get off at Universität-Süd (formerly Universität/NW1). From there, continue straight along the main road until you reach the Unisee.

International Service

Sunday 10 February will be a bit different. Join us along with the Kreuzgemeinde and the Arabic, Chinese, and Spanish Churches for a special International Worship Service at 11.00. For us, every Sunday is an international service, but Sunday 10 February is a chance to celebrate with our sister churches.

The message will be brought by a visiting evangelist, Pastor Steffen Kahl.

Please bring some food so we can share a buffet lunch afterwards.

(Please note: There is no IBC Bremen worship service that afternoon.)

There is also a chance to get to know Pastor Steffen on Saturday 9 February, 15.00 when he will explain more about an outreach opportunity “Tischgemeinschaft” involving all 5 churches later this year. You are warmly invited to the meeting Saturday afternoon as representatives from the different churches share ideas and make plans.

Evangelical Alliance Bremen: Week of Prayer 2018

From 14th to 21st January the Evangelical Alliance Bremen will hold a week of prayer. In many events throughout the week the churches of Bremen will come together and seek the Lord in prayer. IBC Bremen is part of the Alliance and we encourage you, our members and visitors, to make time and participate.
